Guided tours of the Monumental Garden of Valsanzibio - available in your language
Every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday we offer guided tours of the Garden led by our own tour guides at:
- 11:00
- 15:00 (changes to 16:00 and 16:30 between May and August)
These tours begin at the entrance/ticket office of the Garden and are not included as standard with general admission tickets (with the exception of school groups). Click here to book your general admission tickets.
To participate in a guided tour reservation is not required. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Discover the symbolic meaning of the Garden
This tour tells the story of the high symbolism of the Monumental Garden, designed by Luigi Bernini and inspired by St. Gregory Barbarigo.
Duration: 1 hour (approx.)
Cost: €5.00 (payable at the ticket office, in addition to entrance)

Superior Tour 'Cà Martinengo':
Discovering the symbolic meanings of the garden and the families who have owned the estate over the centuries.
This tour, in addition to the ‘Standard’ guided tour, will give the opportunity to enter the Piazzale delle Rivelazioni (Square of Revelations) in front of the villa (generally closed to the public) and to enter the Cà Martinengo Hunting Casino, where you will explore an extensive museum exhibition.
Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes (approx.)
Cost: €10.00 (payable at the ticket office, in addition to entrance)

Museum Tour (Only) 'Cà Martinengo':
A tour for those who already know the symbolism of the Garden, discovering families who have owned the estate over the centuries.Joining existing groups at 12:15 or 16:15 (17:00 or 17:30 between May and August)

Superior Tour - Botany & Garden Management:
Discover the symbolic meaning of the Garden, it’s botanical heritage and how it’s maintained.
This tour, in addition to the ‘Standard’ guided tour, will give the opportunity to enter the Piazzale delle Rivelazioni (Square of Revelations) in front of the villa (generally closed to the public), to discover the botanical garden and the unique techniques of used for the maintenance of our ancient boxwoods.
Duration: 1 hour and 40 minutes (approx.)
