Rebirth in the Garden

This year Easter and Easter Monday returns to the Garden, and holiday days such as April 25 and May 1, where tradition suggests enjoying days outdoors in company lying on the lawns.

We are almost excited this year at the idea of being able to give life to these days, after two years in which the Garden was closed in spring. In recent years we have understood that nothing is taken for granted, and being able to spend a day with family and friends outdoors surrounded by the beauty of nature is a gift.

An opportunity to experience the message of Rebirth for which this magical symbolic garden was conceived 350 years ago, when Venice was troubled by the plague and the war against the Turks.

Guided tours in the morning (11:00) and in the afternoon (15:45) and walks in the labyrinth (you will be given a walking time so as to contain the turnout).

Possibility to have a picnic in the splendid area of three hectares among the centuries-old trees of the Botanical Garden, surrounded by the Euganean Hills.

In the desire to guarantee private areas dedicated to participants, the day includes:

  • the standard entrance ticket;
  • extra – walk in the labyrinth and/or guided tours;
  • extra – reserved area on the lawn;
  • extra – reserved area with table.

  • For the picnic in the ‘Botanical Garden’ area lying on the lawn, reservations are required and an extra € 2.5 per person (children up to 14 years free);
  • For the picnic with table (from 6 to 8 seats), reservations are required and an extra € 20.0 per table;
  • Possibility to bring the picnic from home;
  • Possibility of having the ‘picnic package’ created by the kiosk of the Garden (in collaboration with Bar Tonetti) with sandwiches, sandwiches, water, wine, soft drinks and coffee;
  • Possibility to order at the Kiosk by the Ancient Stables and have lunch on the reserved tables.

SOUND WALK LISTENING TO

THE VOICE OF THE MONUMENTAL

GARDEN OF VALSANZIBIO

Guided tour of the Monumental Garden of Valsanzibio
discovering the sounds and stories that animate it.

There will be three experiences: 10:00, 14:30 and 16:00.

A moment of listening to the world and to you, walking slowly, acquiring tools and skills that you will always carry with you.

Together with the sound artist and sensorialist Claudia Ferretti Isonde we will learn to listen to our perception and the sounds around us, to distinguish them, isolate them and understand their harmonies and what they tell us.

A guided sensory experience to get to know the garden and your perception, with the help of imagination, active listening methodologies and environmental microphones.

Everyone is required to bring with them:
– a notebook or a paper pad;
– a pen;
– earphones (not wireless) and if you have a tape recorder bring it!

The whole workshop will take place outdoors in

Cost of the walk:
€ 25.0 (entrance to the Garden included);

€ 23,0 if entitled to a reduction;
