PAYMENT REGULATIONS, CANCELLATION, INVOICE

PAYMENT REGULATIONS

– The admittance tickets can be paid cash on site or at least 5 days in advance from the scheduled visit by bank money transfer. Furthermore, Adult, Children and Labyrinth’s Full Path tickets can also be pre-booked through the new Online Ticket Office (all tickets purchased online include a € 0,8 (or equivalent) booking fee and are delivered via email).

– All the EXTRAS, besides the normal visit of the Monumental Garden, have to be paid only in advance by Bank money transfer. We remind You that the reservation of all the extras, besides the simple visit to the Monumental Garden, will be confirmed and guaranteed only after payment or after the payment of at least the down payment (if required); NOTE: rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

– Reservation of a guided visit of the Monumental Garden with internal guides (Italian or English language), group’s Pic-nic, ‘Tables’ Booking’: 0% down, balance at least 5 days prior to the scheduled visit.

– Reservation of a guided visit of the Monumental Garden with external guides or with the owner: 0% down, balance at least 30 days prior to the scheduled visit.

– Reservation of all extras that involve the use of the Villa (Aperitivo, visits of the interior of the Villa, lunches, rental of the Villa for vacation or Photo/film shooting, other): 50% down, balance 30 days prior to occupancy date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All prepaid amounts are refunded with a minimum penalty of € 10 for administrative and bank charges.

Below are the percentages of refunds on prepaid sums following cancellations not attributable to the Tenuta Valsanzibio s.r.l.:

– prepaid admittance tickets: full refund with a penalty of € 10;

– Reservation of a guided visit of the Monumental Garden with internal guides, group’s Pic-nic, ‘Tables’ Booking’, prepaid amount: full refund with a penalty of € 10 if canceled before 5 days prior to the scheduled visit; no refund if cancellation occur within 5 days prior to the scheduled visit.

– Reservation of a guided visit of the Monumental Garden with external guides or with the owner, prepaid amount: full refund with a penalty of € 10 if canceled before 30 days prior to the scheduled visit; no refund if cancellation occur within 30 days prior to the scheduled visit.

– Reservation involving the Villa (Aperitivo, visits of the interior of the Villa, lunches, rental of the Villa for vacation or Photo/film shooting, other), 50% down payment non refundable, balance prepaid amount refundable under the following conditions:
– 90% refund if canceled at least 31 days before arrival date;
– 0 % refund if canceled within 30 days before arrival date;
The ‘Tenuta Valsanzibio s.r.l.’, at his discretion, will give up to 90% refund of the full amount (down payment and/or full payment), if the Villa was successfully relocated in the same date of the cancellation.

INVOICE/PAYMENT RECEIPT

As Monumental and Botanical Garden, we do not have to pay the IVA (tax free – exempt IVA according to the Art.10 point 22 of the D.P.R. 633/72 and successive modification), thus, if You do not differently specified, we will not hand out a Fiscal receipt. Once purchased the ticket, as prove of Your payment you will receive the entrance ticket the day of your visit and, in case of Groups, also a ‘Non-Fiscal receipt’. In case You would like to have a Fiscal receipt of the payment, please, let us know it in advance and provide us with all the data to fill out the fiscal receipt:
– Registered owner; Address; VAT/P.Iva and/or Fiscal Code; Legal email address (pec); Univocal code.
The fiscal receipt, that we will issue, will be made by the Tenuta Valsanzibio s.r.l. (P.IVA: 03661360283), it will be issued only after we will receive the payment, it will be sent by electronic mail by the Italian tax office and it will have an extra cost of € 4,0 (tax and processing fee).
