Magnolia grandiflora – White Magnolia (Magnoliaceae): evergreen tree coming from the United States; it can grow up to 18-30 meters. Like the California Cedar, situated by the Rabit Island, also the White Magnolia, situated always by the Rabit Island, belongs to the original trees of the garden. Thus, this specimen is considered one of the oldest Magnolia in Europe and it should be about 360/370 years old (planted around 1664/1665).
